Former Arua Hill and Onduparaka Iddi Abdul Wahid has completed his dream to SC Villa on a three year deal.
Abdul Wahid rose to stardom when he top scored for the national U17 team 5th CECAFA championships that also served as the qualification avenue for AFCON U17 2019.
He was also named by Ghanaian coach Fabin Kwasi Apaa in Uganda’s squad that featured in the country’s first ever U17 AFCON in Tanzania where they unfortunately failed to qualify from a group that had Nigeria, Angola and hosts Tanzania.
He was later scouted to join Italian side FC Cagliari’s academy but under unclear circumstances, the youngster left Italy after only three months and returned home to sign for the Big league side Arua Hill.
SC Villa have already unveiled youngsters Ismail, Kenneth Semakula, Oscar Mawa and Travis Mutyaba.
Other new signings at the 16 time champions include Masaza Cup winning trio of Gift Fred, Ali Bayo and striker Charles Bbaale.
