INTERNATIONAL FRIENDLY: Mubiru names AFCON U20 stars in Cranes squad to prepare for South Africa

Uganda Cranes interim coach Abdallah Mubiru has named a 34 man squad to prepare for the international friendly match between Uganda and South Africa.

Among the surprise call ups is Express striker Eric Kambale who has had a scintillating form in guiding his team to the top of the Uganda Premier league table.

Another surprise inclusion is U20 stars Richard Basangwa, Ismael Mugulusi, Kenneth Semakula, Steven Serwadda and URA midfielder Ivan Serubiri.

They will start training on Monday 31st this month at the Philip Omondi stadium Lugogo.

The team will enter camp on Sunday 30th May 2021 at 8:00 am at the Cranes Paradise Hotel in Kisasi.
