Uganda Premier league to kick off on September 31st

The 2022/23 campaign will kickoff on 30th September and will end on 27th May, 2023 and subsequently the Uganda Premier league has released the fixtures.

The first round will end on 12th December with the second round starting on February 9th, 2023.

The fixture has only 15 teams with newly Promoted side Kyetume missing out after failing to meet the full licensing requirements.

Defending champions Vipers will kickoff their campaign at home against Solitilo Bright Stars while KCCA FC will face Wakiso Giants at Omondi Stadium.

Express will travel to UPDF whereas SC Villa will entertain Wasswa Bbosa’s Gaddafi FC.

URA FC will host Onduparaka FC while Stanbic Uganda Cup winners BUL FC will travel to newly Promoted Blacks Power.

The opening day fixtures are scheduled for September 30th, 2022.
