Youngster Sadat Anaku guided KCCA to their 3rd victory in the league this term and ultimately sent them to the top of the log with 9 points.
Hos goal came in the 68th minute thanks to some good work from Innocent Esimu Wafula who crossed the ball to give the visitors a lead.
Silky Laban Tibita had a few chances to put the home side in the lead in the first half but Benjamin Ochan made key saves against his shots.

They sit top of the log with Vipers SC in the second position on 6 points.
Busoga United remain on three points from the two games played so far this term.
