Onduparaka FC have officially unveiled former URA FC assistant coach George Lutalo as their new head coach.
He signed a three year employment contract by the Arua based side and will start work with immediate effect.
Onduparaka have been without a coach since the club parted ways with Harold Joseph Mutyaba last season.
Vialli Bainomugisha, Abu Mubarak Wamboya and Joseph Mutyaba were the coaches who sat in the dugout for Onduparaka last term.
Lutalo has previously managed at JMC Hippos, Soana FC (now Tooro United) and lately as assistant coach at URA FC.
He was the Crested Cranes coach that bowed out at the group stages of the 2021 COSAFA tournament in South Africa.
The Caterpillars finished 12th on the Uganda Premier League table with 28 points which was the club’s worst position since their elevation to the topflight. In fact, they only won eight games and lost 14 last campaign.
Onduparaka FC will begin their league campaign at home against UPDF FC on 15th October.
