BUL FC have been presented with a massive opportunity of avenging last season’s embarrassment by Vipers when the two sides met in the finals of the Uganda cup at Njeru.
Karim Ndugwa netted the only goal in the second leg of the semifinal to extend his tally in the competition to 7 goals.
Alex Isabirye’s men reached the final on aggregate 6-1 and will face off with Vipers in a repeat of last year’s final.
The Venoms also shred Mbarara City 6-1 on aggregate in the other semifinal to advance to the final.
Last season, Vipers beat BUL 8-1 at the Njeru Technical centre to smile to their second Stanbic Uganda trophy.
The final is scheduled for June 12th at the Masindi Municipal Stadium. The winner of the competition represents Uganda in the CAF Confederation Cup.
