Vipers SC have been awarded free points courtesy of their successful petition against Tooro United’s use of an ineligible player .
Tooro United beat Vipers SC 1-0 on March 11th 2022 but they were found to have fielded Ronald Kayondo who had accumulated three yellow cards.
It was found out that Kayondo had been booked against Onduparaka FC in a double header and another against SC Villa.
The FUFA appeals committee verified the same and resolved that Tooro United would lose the points by forfeiture.
