Record league champions SC Villa will kick off their second round campaign against new entrants Arua Hill at Njeru on 1st February.
Villa held Arua Hill in Arua and they will hope to make use of home advantage this time.
The second round is expected to kick off on Tuesday February 2022 and climax on Saturday 14th-May.
Current table leaders Vipers will be away against Alex Gitta’s Wakiso Giants at Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium in Wakiso.
Defending champions Express FC will kick start the second round home by hosting UPDF FC on Saturday 5th-Febuary
