Gomba recovers with a convincing victory over sorry Kabula

 

Folowimg their disappointing opening day loss to Kyaddondo, record champions Gomba have bounced back with a convincing 3-1 win over Kabula.

This was also Kabula’s second straight defeat after falling 5-2 to Buluuli.

First half goals by Daniel Nyanzi and Brian Aniku were accompanied by Abasi Kyeyune’s 60th minute strike

Rashid Mutebi came off the bench to convert from the spot and register  a consolation for the minnows.

The two sides will play their next games on Thursday 25th-November.

Gomba will play Buluuli at 12:00pm while winless Kabula will face off with two time winners Singo at 3:00pm.
