Uganda Premier League side Wakiso Giants announced a late signing of winger Tito Sematimba from 3rd division side Black Stars FC.
At his unveiling, Sematimba promised to strive and and help Wakiso Wakiso their targets.
Tito said: “It’s a great step in my future and am delighted to be joining a club with young talented ambitious players. Am here to learn and improve and also help the team achieve its goals.”
Ssematimba put pen to paper on a three year employment contract with the Wakiso outfit.
Ssematimba was one of the outstanding players for Buddu during last year’s Airtel Masaza Cup and helped the 2016 competition champions reach the final losing 3-1 to eventual winners Gomba at the St.Mary’s Stadium in Kitende.
Ssematimba is also a student at St.Lawrence University and was a key pillar for the University as they finished as runners up to UCU during the 2019 edition of the Pepsi University Football League.
At Wakiso Giants, he is will reunite with his teammate at Buddu and St.Lawrence University Ibrahim Kasule.
