Uganda Premier league clubs have been fined by the federation for failure to submit their documentation to the FUFA Club Licensing Committee.
SC Villa, BUL FC, Police FC, UPDF, Onduparaka FC, Busoga United, Arua Hill SC, Gaddafi FC and Tooro United have been asked to pay a fine of 500, 000/= each.
These are yet to submit at least a minimum of 15 players that they will use next season.
According to the FUFA Club licensing action plan, the deadline for the clubs to submit documents was scheduled for August 20th while the draft fixtures were supposed to be released on September 13th.
Express FC, URA FC, Soltilo Bright Stars, Vipers SC, Mbarara City FC and Wakiso Giants have all submitted their documents.
FUFA had set 15th-October-2021 as the tentative date for the 2021/22 UPL season.
