Vipers Sports Club have officially announced the release of striker Muhammad Shaban after agreeing to a contract termination.
Shaban is understood to be rejoining Onduparaka FC on a 12 months contract
The club confirmed his departure in a statement released on their official website.
” Vipers Sports Club can confirm the departure of striker Muhammad Shaban who has left the club by mutual consent.”
The striker joined Vipers at the beginning the 2019/20 season after failing to impress at Moroccan side Raja Casablanca.
Shaban made a total of 8 appearances, scoring one goal and registering one assist.
Despite having a year left on his contract, Vipers let him go after both parties reached an agreement to terminate the contract.
