Tanzanian officials appointed to take charge of URA vs Ethiopian Coffee SC

Tanzanian trio of Elly Ally Sasii, Salim Mkono Mohamed Martin Eliphas Saanya will be in control of URA’s CAF Confederation cup match against Ethiopian Coffee SC.

The match will be played on September 12th at St. Mary’s stadium Kitende and it will be kicked off at 16:00hrs EAT.

South Sudan’s Sebit Librato Bego Rassas has been appointed as the match commissioner whereas Dr. James Sekajugo will be the COVID 19 officer and Rwandan Michael Gasigwa will be the match assessor.

For the return leg a week later on the 19th of September 2021, CAF has assigned Kenyan officials to take charge of the match.

Brooke Elijah Philip has been the chosen one to be in the centre, whereas Stephen Yiembe and Peter Waweru will be the assistant referees.

Sudan’s Amir Osman Mohammed has been tasked to assess the proceedings of the match.

URA last represented Uganda on the continent six years ago.

They are currently under the tutelage of former captain Simeon Masaba.
