Mbabazi ruthlessly axes thirteen players as he shapes up Arua Hill squad

Newly appointed Arua Hill head coach Charles Livingston Mbabazi has shown not any mercy in his bid to shape up his squad for the upcoming season.

Mbabazi who recently turned down his job as Micho Sredejovic’s assistant coach started work with Arua Hill before even being unveiled by the Kongolo.

Among the unfortunate players to have suffered the boot are senior players Dan Birikwalira , Franco Oringa, Oscar Agaba, Rajab Kakooza and Aggrey Kirya.

Others are Simba Sabir, former Vipers striker Baden Mujaheed Ogama, Mike Kawooya, Isaac Mulindwa, Samari Ajobe and Rashid Agau.

Former Cranes striker Samson Ceaser Okhuti chose to retire from the game after winning the Big league trophy for Arua Hill.

Among the few old guard members retained are Gadaffi Gadinho, Alfred Leku, Rashid Kawaawa, Allan Mugalu , Aggrey Atandu and Rashid Anyama.

Arua Hill have been one of the most busy teams in the transfer market after signing former Onduparaka and Vipers defender Rashid Toha, Wakiso Giants’ Faizul Ibrahim Anini, Ssaka Yusuf from Kyetume, Junior Andama and Joseph Bright Vuni from UPDF FC
