URA FC have confirmed Andrew Okiring as their 3rd signing on a three year employment contract.
They have also unveiled Simon Baligeya and Derrick Ndahiro
He has joined them from Proline FC having also featured for Police FC.
The former Uganda U17 captain commended URA’s deliberate program to develop young talents as a key reason for his move.
“I am very happy to join one of the biggest clubs in the country, there is a good program here concerning young players like myself and so I didn’t require much convincing to make the decision.”
URA have so far signed Onduparaka forward Kabong Living and custodian James Alitho
