Alex Isabirye’s second return at BUL has been extended by two years after impressing in his interim tenure
He took over on interim basis from Arthur Kyesimira in April after he was sacked for bad results that almost threw the club in relegation.
Isabirye managed to turn around the fortunes of the team and even led them to the semi finals of the the Uganda cup for the first time.
At his unveiling, Isabirye commended the club for the improved level of professionalism and pledged to work with them for a long time.
“I am happy to sign a permanent contract with BUL FC for the second time. I was here for one season and matched away because the club and I had different ambitions then. Fortunately this time, our objectives are similar”
Isabirye told www.bul.fc.co.ug.
“I have come to stay now that we are reading from the same page and I will work so hard to see that this togetherness yields success” .
Isabirye’s second coming saw him take charge for ten games, guiding them to 11th on the log.
Richard Kasule Bakkabulindi has been named assistant head coach whereas Noah Kasule Babadi has been retained as the fitness trainer.
