Youssouf Mulumbu has been unveiled by DR Congo club FC Saint Eloi Lupopo after signing a three year contract with them.
The former PSG, Westbrom midfielder became a free agent after failed to renew his stay with Scottish side Kilmarnock.
He was presented to the club fans by President Jacques Kyabula Katwe and vice president Coco Mulongo.
He left Congo in 2004 and joined French club’s academy.
He also played for Norwich city FC in England. In France, he also represented their U21s but chose to represent DR Congo in 2008.
He managed 45 caps for the Leopards
