Uganda Premier league champions Express FC have intensified their preparations for next year’s CAF champions league where they will represent Uganda after the signing of pacy and tricky winger Joseph Andwanaho from Soltilo Bright Stars.
They will also represent the banana republic alongside KCCA FC in the CECAFA club championships that will be hosted by Tanzania early next month
His announcement comes just hours after the unveiling of former Kyetume and Tooro United goal keeper Joel Mutakubwa.
Akandwanaho who can ably play as a left wing back and as a an attacking midfielder has put pen to paper on a two year contract.
” It’s a dream come true , I have always wanted to play for a club this huge with a rich history. I am grateful to everyone who made this happen but most importantly I want to reiterate that i am here to help the club achieve it’s dream of winning more silverware”
He has previously played for Nyamityobora from who he joined Bright stars.
