Cranes head coach Morley Byekwaso has named an inexperienced squad to take part in the CECAFA challenge cup that will kick off Sunday 18th July 2021.
Uganda will play their opening match against DR Congo.
Among the squad are uncapped youngsters like SC Villa midfielder Salim Abdallah, Wakiso Giants defender George Kaddu and Proline’s Hakim Kiwanuka among others.
Uganda are pitted in group A alongside Tanzania and Congo.
