SC VILLA VS URA: The tax collectors aim to take advantage of Vipers slip to assume table leadership

Kenneth MUKISA

Sam Ssimbwa and his men have it in their hands to take leadership of the Uganda Premier league following Vipers’ draw against Wakiso Giants at Kitende.

The defending champions still occupy top spot courtesy of a point attained in their stalemate with the relegation threatened team.

URA will move to 45 points if they do enough to beat an inconsistent Villa side that hasn’t won in their previous 2 league matches.

What the coaches say :

Edward Kaziba: VILLA

“We lost the first round to URA and we are also going into this game after losing to KCCA, so we cannot afford to lose two games consecutively “.

Kaziba told Villa’s official website.

Sam Simbwa, URA

The boys have been playing with a lot of confidence and myself and the technical team will be happy to see the form continue. SC Villa will be tough to play against but we shall give all we have to in order to win the game.”

Simbwa said as quoted by the urafc.co.ug
