KCCA’s wait for a win in Mbarara continues following another stalemate

Prior to this game, KCCA had visited Mbarara city on 3 occasions with all of them ending in stalemates.

Their 4th has also taken the same direction and consequently denying the Kasasiro boys a chance to resurrect their title chasing hopes.

On a match round where leaders Vipers and URA dropped points , it would have been a massive opportunity for them to continue believing with the deficit cut to 7 points with 11 games left on the calendar.

Livingston Mbabazi also extended his unbeaten run to 5 games after picking his 8th point for Mbarara city and lifting them out of the relegation zone.

John Adriko nearly won it late for the home but Charles Lukwago respinded swiftly with an acrobatic save.

The point earned for Mbarara city keeps them in 11th on 22 points, 8 above 14th placed Kyetume.

KCCA on the other hand, remain 4th on the log with 34 points .
